I am a body worker and yoga practitioner for over two decades. I connect with people in a way that invites them to see their true potential and worth which gives them strength to reach their highest potential in their work space and personal lives. My 20 years of work allows me to have power and confidence to pass on my experience of yoga through my eyes, my heart and my spirit. I do what I do because I love seeing the transformation of peacefulness and balance in people's eyes. I do what I do because I want to make a difference in people's lives and leave a footprint on their soul just to remind them how special and unique they are. People that are innovative and evolutionary look for a program like The Y Program as it aims to create strong, balanced and confident individuals that will bring their motivation and balance to their families, friends and to live the life they always dream of. As an expert in my field I bring back the motivation that is lost from new parents, individuals that feel disconnected, unmotivated, tired and young adults that struggle to find their higher purpose. The Y Program aims to Reconnect, Re-treat and Re-juvenate its participants through yoga practices, breathing techniques and meditation to reach a balanced body, mind and spirit. Please. Inhale. Exhale. Thank you.
I finished second in my first teacher training in 2009 in Athens. From that day onwards my growing in knowledge through trainings, retreats, philosophy seminars are part of my growth both as a teacher and a student. I have trained in Vinyasa, Iyengar, Anusara, Prenatal, Therapeutic and Kids yoga with internationally known teachers like Scean Corn, Desiree, Todd Tessen, Sue Elkind, Noah Maze and Harvard university professor in Indian Philosophy Dr. Douglas Brookes. I have owned my own studio since 2009 until present and have dedicated students who practice with me weekly. I am the founder of The Y Program, The Y Program for Companies and The Y Program for Women. I have taught kids yoga at Hill Memorial School since 2015- 2021 and worked at Dorothy Snot preschool from 2010-2019, both schools privately owned and very highly inspirational in the city of Athens for their innovative way of teaching.
“The teacher of our hearts. Every week I anticipate class, it's like my happy hour. Nicole’s class taught me what self-care means. The energy, the toning of my muscles through practice that are right for my body, with love and respect without any fear of injury are the least I can say about her class. I feel fulfilled psychologically, spiritually and calm. In a stressful period of my life she helped me see my strength and helped me get through it. Thank you NicoleI wish I could practice with you every day!” - Sophia, 37
