The Y Program Offers

Online sessions with a maximum of 20 participants to keep the energy high between all students and have my full attention on the alignment of every pose. It is important for us to reconnect both individually and as a group to increase concentration and focus so that the full potential of creativity can be achieved. Three-to-One online sessions are semi private with a maximum of 2 or 3 people, that are either family or close friends who wish to practice together. Private one to one online sessions are only with one person.


STEP ONE
Ready to start the Y Program? You can email me at nicolejoannidesyoga@gmail.com and we can set up a free 15 minute video call where we can talk about any enquiries about the program and schedule that best time would suit your needs.

STEP TWO
Payment Enrolling in The Y Program would mean contacting me to set up our first call. After fixing our time for either a Group Class or One to- One class I will send a follow up email with the Bank account information and invoice so that the transfer of the investment for the first 4 sessions can be made. Once I receive either a message or email from you that the payment is made, I will send you a receipt and we’re all set to start Rejuvenating, Reconnecting! Classes start from the date of payment and last for 30 days. Once the 30 days are over any classes that have not been done unfortunately cannot be moved on and are lost.

STEP THREE
Changing one Heart at a time. Once the payment is done you will receive an additional email to state any injuries that you might be suffering from, your physical state and mind set of your intention and what you are looking to gain from The Y Program for Women.

STEP FOUR
Let’s get Physical! Group or Three to One classes admission: After you have completed the hours and days that are best suitable for your practice, your payment is all set, you will receive an email for the Group sessions with all the Zoom links for each class so that you can keep them in case of need for change. Your all set and ready to start The Y Program and get physical, to change One Heart at a time! Oneto- One admission After our call and the organization of the best suitable hours and days that are best suitable for your practice, your payment is all set, you will receive an email of confirmation with the hours and days that we have agreed on and you’re all ready to start The Y Program and get physical! Four x 60 minute sessions
that include yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation for Re-connection, Re-flection and Re-juvenation. group 60 min online session participants are maximum of 20 people investment for 4 classes per person is 40euro that have a lifetime of 30 days. participants choose from a fixed schedule of days and times that is provided once they are enrolled through a free video chat with me and receive the zoom link once payment is settled. all classes are prepaid flexible ability to jump from class to class during the week according to schedule.

Three to one 60min online session
Three to one classes are maximum of 3 people investment for 4 sessions per person 60 euro that have a lifetime of 30 days. participants arrange a fixed day and time after a free video call with me that is only for their group. once payment is settled they receive their private zoom link. all classes are prepaid class can be changed 24 hours prior to fixed session only. no show participants are still charged and cannot be rescheduled.

One on one online session
one participant in the session investment for 4 sessions is 50 euro per session with a lifetime of 30 days. participant has a fixed day and time according to their schedule and once payment is settled they will receive their private zoom link all classes are prepaid. class can be changed 24 hours prior to fixed session only. no show classes are still charged and cannot be rescheduled STEP BY STEP PROCESS
